I. Subject

These Website terms of use (“Terms“) are intended to regulate the relationship between „KSG Global Services“LLC, UIC 206692073, with registered seat of management Sofia, „Bulgarska Legiya“ street, block 2B, entrance V, 4th floor, apart. 44 („KSG/ We“), and the visitors of the website https://ksgglobalservices.com/ (“Website”). The Website aims to present our team and the professional activity we perform as well as provide useful information such as legislation novelties and articles on accounting, payroll, tax, and legal topics.

Use of the Website shall be deemed an expression of consent by visitors to comply with the current Website terms of use. These Terms do not apply to the professional services offered by KSG, which are subject to additional negotiation.

 

II. Liability of KSG

KSG provides visitors with necessary access to use the Website. If required, KSG is entitled to interrupt or suspend access to the Website, in cases of technical maintenance and/or update of the available content.
